Q1. How long will I take to receive my order?

All orders will be normally be delivered within 10 to 15 business days from the date of the order. In some countries, your order may arrive much sooner.

Q2. How will my order be packed?

All orders are packed in a plain packaging with no indications of the contents in the package.

Q3. How will my order be delivered?

All orders will be delivered by REGISTERED air parcel and will require a signature upon delivery.

Q4. Who will deliver my parcel to me?

In most countries, your local post office in your country will deliver your parcel to you.

Q5. What happens if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the parcel?

If no one is available to sign for the parcel at the address when the order is being delivered, the post office will normally leave a collection notice with instructions to arrange for a redelivery or to collect it from the nearest post office.

Q6. It is past 15 business days and I have not received my order. What should I do?

Please check your mailbox if you received a collection notice from your post office. If you received the collection notice, please follow the instructions stated on the notice. In most cases, you will either be able to call to arrange for a redelivery or you can collect the parcel from your nearest post office.

If you did not receive a notice, please contact our customer service.

Please contact your local post office to check on the status of the delivery of the shipment. Do tell them the registered air parcel tracking number provided and they will be able to check the status.
